Authorization to work while in the United States is available to dependents in certain non-immigrant visa categories as well as to beneficiaries of certain immigrant petitions. Our office will assist those who qualify to obtain their employment authorization. Advance Parole Beneficiaries of an approved immigrant petition who have filed an Application For Permanent Residency generally need permission to travel outside the United States while their Application is pending, and we will assist the Alien in obtaining this travel authorization.
